2nd FIRE "Open Calls" Information day

An information day is organized on 14 September 2011 from 09.30 to 16.00 (registration 09-09:30) in order to provide details on the Open Calls published by three of the FIRE experimental facilities:
SmartSantander,
CREW and
OpenLab.
These Open Calls are designed to stimulate the use of the facilities of each of these facilities through new innovative experiments. The proposals will be selected and funded by SmartSantander, CREW and OpenLab; they shall be targeting at encouraging the usage of the facilities and the involvement of a significant number of additional users. As a result, the projects will expand and enhance the development of their infrastructure according to the needs of the users’ community. All the new experiments performed through these Open Calls shall contribute to the evolution of the facilities.

Registration
If you want to attend you must register and bring your Identification Card or Passport with you. Otherwise you will not be admitted to the information day. The policy applies due to access restrictions to the venue. Registration is closed now.
Deadline for registration was 26 August 2011 !!!
Venue
The 2nd FIRE "Open Calls" Information day will be held at the premises of the European Commission, Avenue de Beaulieu 33 and 25, 1160 Brussel.
How to reach
The location can be reached easily by metro. Take metro line number 5, direction Herrmann-Debroux; set-off at station Beaulieu.

It is recommended that you book your hotel early, as Brussels can be a difficult city to get a reasonably-priced hotel in September.
